I needed something to eat and it was way past ordinary "restaurant time". I noticed on the Google map that a place called Cook Out still was open and was going to be open for some time. I went there and I was positively surprised. They served an excellent hamburger. Tasty and juicy. OK, this is a "fast food" type restaurant where you order at a desk and then wait for the food to get ready. I, myself, ordered a New Orleans style chicken, and it actually reminded me of chicken I have eaten in New Orleans. The service was fast and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it. Stopped by here real quick to get some fries. Had no issues with service, they were fast and had an extremely kind employee at the drive thru. However, after eating some of my fries, I went to grab a few more only to find what looks to be a small rusty hook . Thankfully I saw it and didnt put it in my mouth. I would have went back but I already got back on the interstate to continue my drive to south carolina, I was already over 20 monutes away. Photos attached.

The food arrived very quickly at the proper temperature. The cole slaw looked bland but actually had a good flavor & nice crunch. The burger was small but so is the price so can't complain. The milkshake was top notch. Thick & rich and not overly sweet

Burger was dry and had no flavor, bun was soggy, Cajun chicken wrap was chewy and tasted like it had cheap hot sauce splashed on it in a few spots. Cost just shy of 10 dollars.. won't be coming back.
