I’ve been coming to Panera Bread for a while now, and up until this visit, they have never messed up my order. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. I pay good money here, so when something is wrong, it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. This time, my sandwich was completely off… where were the tomatoes? My wife and I stopped here on our road trip and were really impressed. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We grabbed some coffee, found a booth, and the WiFi was strong enough for both of us to get work done with no issues. Lots of natural light, clean seating, quick service, exactly what you hope for on a long drive. Great Panera location!

I ordered Panera Bread online to have delivered for lunch and was honestly very disappointed. I opened the bag to see my soup lid was not placed on the bowl properly causing it to spill out all in the bag and through the bottom of the bag(not sure how it didn’t make a mess in the delivery drivers car). I also received a crusty apple for my side. I expect more when it cost $26 for a soup, sandwhich & apple, plus you have to pay a delivery fee AND convenience fee!

6/11/2026: Great place to get a quick and healthy lunch. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was prepared quickly. The Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad was delicious. Enjoyed lunch with a friend.
