Food is 3 stars because even though they have Gluten-free options, they are not Celiac Disease Friendly. There is cross-contamination. Service was good and somewhat friendly. The cashier was great. The food prep-employee seemed to be having a bad day. It's okay, just don't be at the front. It makes me think that my food was made with subpar quality. Atmosphere is okay, but they have plugs everywhere and non worked. So I could not stay longer to study and atleast eat several meals( like lunch to dinner or breakfast to lunch). Very disappointing experience. All of the power outlets were disabled, and when I asked the cashier on 06/13 at approximately 7:10 PM, she told me this was intentional. As a Sip Club member, I expected a more customer-friendly environment. This policy makes the café much less welcoming for customers who work or study here. I will be canceling my Sip Club membership.

Love, love, love this place! Come here with my husband after his doctor appointments. He loves to play games during breakfasts or lunches. I am a gluten free. But for me, I have also a lots of great choices. I like to enjoy a coffee and salads 😋 Food and coffee are always fresh and delicious.
