I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experiences at your coffee shop. The women who work the window are consistently warm, welcoming, and professional—they always greet customers with a smile and a kind word, and it truly makes a difference. However, when the gentleman I believe to be the owner is working the window, the experience is noticeably different. This place is hit-and-miss. We've received both good and not so good drinks. Might depend on the staff at the time. The staff is very friendly and at least the hot drinks tend to be hotter than Starbucks where they tend to be luke-warm.
