I’ve never had an issue at this location until today that a woman named Madison took my order at the drive thru… did not greet me just completely kept a mean stare and had a bad vibe. Very rude as well when she gave me my change. The girls at the window were absolutely sweet though

Will not stop at this location again. A few weeks ago they forgot all the sauces. Last time(last week) they messed up the drinks. Tonight I pulled up to a worker having a technical issue to sit at an empty speaker staring at my radio for 13 minutes... after 3 cars pulled behind me and a dozen orders to the left of me were taken I finally pulled up... and saw the people behind me get food and wait for another 7 minutes... It cost me $20 and 20 of minutes of my time for the privilege of them to serve me drinks and forget the straws? Great service.

2 young ladies were talking amongst themselves while the customers were having to wait a long time for our orders. I said something to them and they became very rude and defensive. The Chick-fil-A at Rivergate is the BEST... They are professional and really care about their customers. This location needs people who want to work...
