Standard Dunkin. The associates were nice on my visit. They had dog toys for sale to benefit a children’s charity. There was also a sign on the door for charity. I imagine it’s mostly for corporate image and virtue signaling, but good to see community support either way.

I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts this morning after my doctor’s appointment. When I walked in at 10:21 a.m., I greeted the two ladies working by saying, “Good morning,” but neither of them responded. They were both focused on the drive-thru. I waited several minutes before one of the employees finally walked over to the front to grab a muffin, but she still never acknowledged or greeted me. I then said, “Excuse me, there’s a fly on one of the donuts.” Her response was simply, “Oh well.” The customer service I received was extremely disappointing. I’ve only ordered here twice and both times the order was missing something. Once in person, once via mobile app. It’s the standard good Dunkin coffee but the kids working here don’t pay attention.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that every single time we go to this location they are out of blueberry doughnuts. On the weekends I like the get my family doughnuts & I’ve been there 3 times this week and guess what no blueberry doughnuts smh. they had a few doughnut holes the day before yesterday. Tried to go this morning to get some they only had 2 smh. So I’ll give my business else where at this point. Super disappointed.
