Joy and inclusion are what I think of at this location. The staff is happy to help and guide you through the menu. The location is huge and can easily seat groups of ten or more! The arcade is perfect to entertain kids before or after eating. Overall we love how accessible everything is and the friendly staff! Keep up the awesome work 😊

l called to place my order was put on hold for 10 minutes. I arrived at bill grays before anyone came back to take my order. I get there and it’s not busy at all and place my order. Then I order my food when I pick up I the girl that put me on hold and laughs when I address this when I arrive to place my order slams the bag down says “you set” and walks off to go have social hour with other ladies who she was already having social hour with when I was put on hold ( I was listening to them having a full blown conversation) I ordered a milkshake didn’t get it ordered Mac salad barely anything in

Although our cashier was phenomenal, the cheeseburgers did not come on a Di Paolo hard roll as advertised. The tables and benches were not clean, and the ladies' room was disgusting.

Bill Gray's always gives me joy. This time I was craving cheeseburger, wings and loganberry. Yes just me and it was delicious! I will be there on Friday for a fish fry. Thank you for keeping it consistently great!
