Went there at 7:50a on Saturday. I went inside to order. There was no one in dining room and two cars In the drive thru. There were three employees talking to each other. I ordered three donuts. She went to the case and asked me again which three donuts. Chatting continued and the lady confirmed the last donut. “Old fashion?” She calls out. “No,” I said, “sour cream.” So, confirming three donuts in a span of 30 seconds. This location just keeps declining. The staff is incredibly hit or miss, some are nice and seem glad to be at work, but a few really seem to hate everything and it reflects in their customer interactions. I used to go nearly every morning and now only go maybe once every few weeks. I think this morning was finally it for me. I always get 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps, sometimes coffee, sometimes munchkins, but always the wraps. This morning the bacon and egg were cooked but the wrap and the cheese were still cold and clearly hadn’t been toasted. How the heck does that even happen? Gross

I went to this dunkin just wanting a cold brew. very disappointing. somewhere between 6 and 630 pm I walk in and the boy is mopping the store and there's a young lady taking care of a group getting ice cream. unhappy with her guests, she the grabs a broom and proceeds to start cleaning, leaving me still waiting at the counter to be taken care of. I ask for some quick service and she yells at the boy who was mopping. he comes to the register and doesn't say anything, just looks at me and waits for me to order. that's when I notice they have the nitro machine taken apart to clean and ALL of the

Everyone is great, they typically have my order made when they see my car! The card reader machine has not been operating properly lately. You have to pay cash or use the app. This is a minor inconvenience but not a reflection of the staff.
