I am very disappointed that after multiple deliveries to me that I have been refused service that I am out of the delivery area. I asked for the manager, and she told me she was the manager. I was always happy with the service in the past and thought a valued customer as I added $10 dollar tip to delivery drivers on top of delivery fee on my bill. Marco's is my preference as I love the pizza. Had to resort to Jets pizza to get delivered. Not as good as Marcos but delivers even though they are farther away. I guess loyalty is not important to this business. Lost customer

Guy who took order, super friendly and sweet. Got pizzas, he said goodbye and nice. God bless him!! Even guy handing pizzas to friend, nice. Guy wearing allied Universal shirt behind counter, not too friendly. Friend told him flood had sticky stuff, he walked away did nothing. My friend was trying to prevent a slip, but he didn't care. Guess he is too good to even check floor.

Disappointed. When I came to pick up the pizza it took took long (more than 2 minutes) for any employee to greet me and hand me my already cooked pizza. This was especially frustrating as 2 employees were in the back and one of them eas just sitting down on their phone. Then when I get home I check my pizza and they didnt do the extra crust toppers like I requested so my pizza crust is tasteless and they didnt include the garlic sauce cup. Disappointing experience. It’s 10:29 pm Wednesday June 5, 2024 Central time, this store is currently closed when it states closes at 11:00 pm on the website. I came in to pick my pizzas and wings. There weren’t any of the sauces as we requested nor did the employee bother to show the items upon picking them up. The wings weren’t cooked well done. I only go to this restaurant to get my food the way I like it to made and prepared therefore I expect such. This is bad experience for this store.
