Ordered pizza through the Pizza Hut app tonight and somehow ended up in a full blown customer service scavenger hunt.. What I ordered vs. what I received were… very different things. Before I even opened the box, I could smell the green peppers — which was impressive considering I ordered green olives instead. No big deal, mistakes happen. As long as you double check your order and make sure they understand you say pan pizza because they've got it wrong four times but they've always overcompensated and giving me like a large free pizza of what I wanted plus my pan pizza every time Just make sure if you want cheese make sure they know that because every time I've ordered cheese it's come out pepperoni but other than that it's always consistently delicious so I'm going to keep coming back and their intentions mean well they're just very short staffed

Would make this a zero star but the driver or Pizza Hut themselves forgot a part of my order. I go to the store to get a refund on my item. Once I arrived I had to scream multiple times to get some assistance just to wait another 10 minutes. Only to be told I can’t get just 10 dollar refund. Instead it was store credit or remake the item. I spent over 100 dollars including tip for the driver to be highly disrespected. Also this has happened several times where the leave items out of my order.

Only giving two stars because I have been going to this location for many years, and it has only recently gotten bad. That said, my delivery time was supposed to be 35-45 minutes and I am now over 100 minutes. Still sitting here waiting. When I ordered from them two weeks ago it took a very long time and they apologized and said it was just a staffing issue. Tonight shows it is just a service issue. Editing this review. Tried using them again. Pizza was over an hour late, was 73 bucks with a "deal" and the food was awful. Do not order from here. The bread sticks and cheese bread look like old
