It If I could I would give zero stars. This is absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to in my life. Usually when I go I only get slushies but this time I got a snack wrap and it looks like they threw everything on top and didn’t even wrap it. We also got a chili wrap and they put a tender in it? And wasn’t wrapped. Idk who the new management is but this is just terrible business and their employees is a result of their management. Disgusting.

Would rate zero stars if I could.😭 The lady working the window at 10pm 3/4/26 was eating while taking our order and payment... After she took our payment, continued to eat and play on her phone. Like c'mon girl. I get you gotta eat but dang dont yall get breaks for that? Maybe change the oil in the fryers instead of playing on your phone because the chicken tenders we order weren't edible and soaked in rancid grease lol.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. My 6 year old almost chipped a tooth with the fries. They were hard as if they sat for hours or they kept frying them. This is unacceptable! I get it I went late but man awful food and the drive thru girl was rude. I hope a manager takes this seriously because if my son complains about his tooth tomorrow I will contact the general manager. I will never buy “food” from here again!

I’ve been to this location 5-6 times. On 2 occasions when I’ve pulled up to the drive-through the first words have been “just so you know, we have a 20 minute wait." Mind you there’s only 1-2 cars in line ahead of me and no explanation for why. Tonight at 8:50 PM, I was greeted and they said "Just so you know we’re not doing ice cream tonight." I'm not sure if this location is chronically understaffed or if they didn’t feel like running an ice cream machine, but this location is incredibly unreliable. I'll be headed to JCWs for a sweet treat instead.
