I am extremely disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. I frequent this location regularly because it is close to my child's school, and unfortunately, long wait times have become the norm. This week alone, I have visited twice, and both experiences were frustrating. The biggest issue is the excessive wait time, even when I place a mobile order ahead of time and mark myself as arrived before getting to the restaurant. Despite ordering ahead, I sat waiting while vehicle after vehicle was served before me. As a result, I ended up late for an appointment because I was stuck waiting for food

I went to Chick-fil-A as usual, and the service was excellent. The food was hot; even though there was a line, the cashier—Luis—knew exactly how to handle everyone and manage the situation. He was also very polite both when taking my order and when handing me my food. Overall, everyone working at the restaurant was very attentive to me.

I’ve been here a few times to dine in and it’s been nice. The food is always of great quality. The staff taking orders is kind. Sometimes it does get busy and there aren’t enough tables though.

Got to this Chick Fil A at 1:03pm and was told to park in #3 curbside lane which I did. I didn't even get my order taken until 1:33pm? 30 minutes after getting there while approx 8 other cars that came after me did? What's odd is someone came up to me after the first 15 min and asked if my order had been taken in broken english. When I said " "NO" They turned abruptly and walked away! Finally after 30 minutes I honked my horn to get someone's attention to place an order. Someone then came and looked at me like "how dare I" and seemingly reluctantly took my order.
