Great food that you can tell is handmade with fresh, very flavorful ingredients. Huge portions. I got the pulled pork grilled cheese (substituted chicken) and a side of mac n cheese to go. Could only eat half the sandwich and some of the macaroni; definitely going to have some good leftovers.

My love and I enjoyed delicious banh mi with pork. We had sweet potato fries and maple syrup brussel sprouts on the side. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Hatch was INCREDIBLE. Before we orders 4 employees spoke to us and welcomed us even as they were closing. They prepared fresh food and it was DELICIOUS. The prices are affordable. I was in town working. We are from Raleigh. I will definitely be back during my next stay in Hickory. This was the best service I have received post pandemic! A+!!!
