The best staff EVER!! I haven’t stopped at a Bojangles in years because of the experience I’ve encountered.. but, my mind has changed once I walked into this location.. Greeted immediately Friendly, professional and engaging! Went in on Thanksgiving morning at 8:40am for my 2year old grand daughter called me and asked me to bring her some pancakes and bacon.. everyone was closed but Bojangles.. no happy about stoping here but……. the staff working were unbelievably nice told them I need pancakes for my granddaughter because she wanted pancakes..well no pancakes here another cashier stated but

Manager at this store asked me to fill out survey. This will be the equivalent of what he wants. Manager took my order and was very friendly. Order was 2 piece snack white and extra breast. Got home and everything was still warm including the biscuit.

Came through drive through machine messed up… get to the window already confusion already occurred she said the machine didn’t even get our order .. trying to order again still not understanding keeps shutting the window .. decided to come inside come inside and waiting for help .. get the help .. drive thru comes to front to correct the order messes it up again then proceeded to hand me medium cups whenever it was large get my right cups because once again another mess up when the ticket is right there and the screen .. get my food still missing fries and honey mustard … GO BACK inside wait a

Quick and friendly service at this Westchester Drive Bojangles location. We frequent this location often for breakfast and lunch due to their efficiency during these peak hours. Overall clean facility and the food is always fresh. The large family dinners are always a hit with the crew and it is more than enough to feed six men. Tea is always a bonus for the taste buds!
