Worst customer service ! I went came to Del taco to get something quick for my husband. I received burnt fries 🍟 in my drive thru order, so I went inside to see if I could get fresh fries. They made me a new order and it was burnt and fresh fries. When I complained and showed the manger the complete color difference he just shrugged his shoulders. Worst customer service. I wasn't even mad until after they tried to play the okie doke on me! I wish I could add pictures.

Went to the drive thru on November 21st to order a taco salad with ground beef, no tomatoes. When I get to the window the employee asks if I want any hot sauce. I said yes please, the Del Ferno.... I get to work and put the bag in the fridge for later. I go on lunch and when I open the container, what do I see?? A crap load of tomatoes. The hot sauce?? MILD!!!! I was so disappointed that I just threw it away. Lesson learned and will now make my own taco salad at home.

So went to try their new Gorditas that my son mentioned they have. We got the steak and chicken guacamole. Over all very tasty but could have used a bit more meat for the price. I got more tomato than anything, hopefully you can see that in pictures. Spent about 28$ for both meals. I do really like their fries! Associate was friendly and they did give me plenty of hot sauce, i use it on everything.

I will never ever go to this Del Taco again. I don't eat fast food often but when I do, it's usually Del Taco. This one has always been the most convenient for me in terms of hours and location but after today I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. The drive thru has always been slow and the customer service okay.. Polite with a smile, but never above the minimum expected. Today I ordered the Huervos Rancheros burrito without the beans.
