**** update*** They have gone above and beyond to make things right and our coffee has been great ever since. Thank you BR and your staff☺️ We've been getting our coffee here since they opened and we realize sometimes it's Hit or Miss but today was definitely a miss. Husband went through the drive-thru to get two coffees. He brought mine home and it felt really light, he says I hope yours is right because it feels really light. I open the top to find mostly foam and not even half of it was coffee. I took three pictures one before and two after I removed all the foam. Pretty disappointed for

I went in a week or two ago and ordered my drink, it was filled to the top with ice and I paid $7 for 4 sips of a drink so my friends took it up and asked if it could be remade because there was pretty much no drink. They told us “no thats the standard order light ice if you dont want that much.” So today, as i go through the drive through instead I asked for light ice, again cup filled almost to top with ice.

This location is not good, I paid for a peppermint latte and got a straight black coffee. Most expensive black coffee I've had in a long time. Also had to remind them several times that we also ordered a pup cup. The other locations are great!
