Where is the manager where is corporate?I've been in the drive through line for about twenty minutes.And there are still 2 cars in front of me. This place is a hot mess. I don't even know how the food is gonna be. Or how my coffee is gonna taste? I just know it's very poorly managed. Because this is way too long. I can't even drive out of the line to get out of here. I would just leave my order. Because this is so ridiculous.I hope somebody gives them some help!

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts for what it could be. It has such a spacious interior and could be a really nice atmosphere with some tables and chairs. Furthermore, today I ordered a coffee latte only to receive a coffee with heavy cream and sugar. I returned it and asked for a coffee latte only to be handed a mocha latte. The ability to fill orders accurately seems to be elusive here. I never see a manager present, and maybe that’s the problem.

It's a busy Sunday morning at Dunkin'. People in line waiting to place their orders. So I want to recognize the young woman (Bay, I think) who was taking orders. She was quick, efficient, and-just as important-had a smile for every customer. Kudos to her!

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Did an online order and it wasn’t ready when I got there, finally got the drink and the food took an extra 20 minutes. Also ordered a sandwich and they made it wrong 3 different times. Many of the employees won’t even make eye contact with you and I know things can be very stressful in the food industry but to just dismiss me over and over again is an issue. They don’t use names they just call out half way and put it on the table so many people didn’t know which was theirs. All the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. There n
