So today marks a new day for the hinesville Taco Bell 🌟🔥because there is a new manager, I assume at least she's a manager, and her name is Joyce. I am so impressed with how she handled everything in there when I was picking up some doordash orders. She brought order to this establishment in such a sophisticated way and was very attentive to every customer, one after another ,in a pleasant way. Went and grabbed lunch today and the woman that was taking my order was so kind and had the best attitude! I get to the window and comment on her telling her she had the best attitude! Her name was Ms.Kim! She was hands down the best! She made sure I had everything that I needed and while waiting on my food she was greeting people from the window when they walked in the door! All around a wonderful employee!

What the hell!?!? Got home ready to get into these tacos and there's so little meat and fillings I was shocked! This isn't even the first time I've been disappointed! So much for fast food, because last time I sent someone to pick up an online order, that was ordered 30 minutes before arriving, only for her to wait 40 minutes before asking me if I wanted something else since there were still 5 cars ahead of her! Screw this place, never again will I go!

Every single time I go to this Taco Bell WITHOUT fail they ALWAYS seem to get my order wrong and/or leave things out. This time in particular I ordered a cantina crispy taco meal. They left out both of the avocado sauce packets it comes with, left my chips out, AND on top of that the tacos were soft shells that had chicken, lettuce, cheese, and avocado sauce??? That's not even close to what I ordered. I've worked at Taco Bell in the past for two years so to a certain extent I understand messing up a few times but genuinely I don't understand how they can mess up this bad every time I go!!
