Seems like every other time I go to this location my order gets messed up or items are missing. I refuse to go through the drive thru because of this. Tonight wasn’t particularly busy but without fail I’m missing items.The zesty sauce I specifically asked for is not in the bag! There just isn’t much value left at BurgerKing anymore. Between the rising prices of every item on board and the dwindling service I’m hard pressed to see a reason to return..

Girl in the drive thru is always rude 3 different times and she’s had the same attitude. Ordered my sandwich with no mayo. They put it on the sandwich noticed then stopped there is no reason I should have mayo on my lettuce and pickles if it was removed from the sandwich in the first place. ! STAY AWAY !!! HOBART LOCATION ON OTHER SIDE OF RIPLEY IS SOOO MUCH BETTER

We mostly go in to order. Most of the time the whoppers are good. One time I got fries that were way too salty but that was only once. Place seems a bit understaffed and service can be slow. One time we went in a poor girl was working all alone. But she held her own and got us taken care of. Not too bad of a location.

Cory and the male manager who worked tonight were really great. They were both really helpful with trying to get my coupon to work. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Food was hot and really good.
