I walked in and was meet by a smiling cashier named Sarai, who guided me through the menu since I hadn’t been there in a long time. She took some time and explained everything for me. My food was done fast and it was hot and really tasty. I would come back to that welcoming environment.

The service was ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to get our order. They said that they were backed up on orders in drive thru ahead of us. We were dining in and at least 6 other people got their food before us. No apology just kept giving the excuse of being backed up. Funny how there was only one person ahead of us when we ordered..... Get it together.

The cashier Adrian was rude and impatient just because HE did not hear me tell him I was ready to order. Also told to park when there are no customers at all. Waited over 20min. Haven't been here in a while and will definitely not be coming back

Stood in line forever. Once order was placed, I watched them serve orders in drive thru. Waited 20 minutes on 2 pieces of chicken and was given dark meat instead of the white I paid for so I had to wait another 5 minutes on white meat to come out.
