Very bad experience. The coffee had no taste at all, and when I asked the employee if they could change it, he refused. First, they even overcharged me. My order was only $8, I gave him $20, and he tried to give me back only $3 until I corrected him. After I mentioned the coffee tasted bad he clearly told me there is nothing I can do .. Very nasty customer service. I do not recommend this place.

The food is good, the only complaint I have is the timing making the food needs to be better managed. Ordered food 10-15 before the 5:31 train and got the food 1 minute before the train left. Not only did it take a long time, half of our order wasn't even bagged up so I only got half of what I paid for.

My order is simple, it’s hard to mess up, so it is up to Dunkin standard in that sense. However, I do not think staff is aware that they work at a train station and that people may be in a rush/ trying to catch a train. Zero sense of urgency from them, ever.

Asked for green tea got regular black tea, ask for creamer in coffee got milk, service person rushed order trying to ring up when we were deciding on a second food item. Our regular guy wasn’t there who is great but the server Rahaj was seriously lacking in customer service,
