I enjoy everything about this establishment. First and foremost, the ever hardworking employees, a clean lobby, and great delicious food. For the price that one pays this is exceptional. I can always expect to have a wonderful hot excellent meal. It is perhaps the best fast food establishment in all of Hollister. I have nothing but well above satistaction every time I visit. 5/5

I have noticed customer service is going down, and the amount of food is getting smaller and smaller, bigger plate in amount of food seems to be getting to be like a regular plate size, the load up on the scratches, the rice, or noodles, or greens, but when it comes to actual meats, they are being picky I went to a panda in AZ and they were very generous with food, giving extra Like this location used to do for bigger plates!

So I placed a mobile order. Order was ready when promised so thank you for that. What I have an issue with is how you guys package pick up orders. I go to open my bag so I can check my order to make sure everything is there and that it's good but I can't get into the bag because you guys have tied it into a knot so tight no one can open it then on top of that you guys put stickers on it because I guess the knot wasn't enough. Come on.... I can see doing this for doordash and Uber orders, but for mobile orders??? Why??? I'm picking up my own order. I ended up having to rip the bag open.

As I see, I’m not the only one facing the difficulties there extremely small portions slowest service I’ve ever seen at a panda express and it just happens to be the most expensive panda expresses I’ve ever been to. I guess making the Serving platters smaller wasn’t enough for them to profit from so now they have to make sure they give you extra skimpy amount of food. This used to be the one restaurant I can leave full from but not In Hollister like most everything else in this town it’s trash.
