We had such an amazing experience at Smashburger! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything came out quickly. What really made our visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She checked in on us multiple times, made sure everything was just right, and had such a friendly and welcoming attitude. I got a bacon protein burger. The bacon was chewy, greasy, and left the whole plate covered in grease—it was nasty. I also ordered a shake that was supposed to have chocolate, but all I got was vanilla with cookie dough. My guest got a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was dry and just plain bad. Honestly, a very disappointing experience.

Firstly I will say I’m a food enthusiast, I love good quality food and smashburgers has that quality, but the service and atmosphere my husband experienced while picking up our order today was unprofessional and unnecessary, firstly the girl running the counter completely ignored him and when he explained he was picking up an order she miss heard the name, no biggie but was completely rude to him because it seemed to inconvenience her, secondly we had ordered a 30oz fountain drink with our order and when he asked about it she said there was no drink with order, I’m sorry but I spend good money
