Peter X★★★★★I stopped by this coffee place this morning right when they open. I chose the street parking here in the front since I came earlier enough where it was available and traffic was light. I came right when the place open to avoid the rush. I got my wife her iced chai latte with light ice and asked for regular milk. I got my sister the matcha latte with light ice and regular milk too. This store has a water station if you just want that. They have a nice seating area inside of the place, outside in front of the place and also a patio area in the back. This store also has dog treats if you decide

The drink itself is subtly sweet with a hit of milk chocolate, and just very pleasant. Surprisingly, they use Counter Culture Forty-Six for their espresso, which is a dark roast. This taste a lot more like a medium toast, so more to what enjoy. Decor is very nice, open and airy with decent amount of seating without feeling crammed.
