I had an issue about two weeks ago and it wasn't resolved. The manager emailed me as I was told would happen, so I reckon she felt the first issue was my fault. I foolishly went to vestavia today and got ice cream and I used my well earned $5 reward and my ice cream had hair in it. Safe to say I'll never return to this location. Geeeeeeeeessssshhhh totally disgusting and saddened by this.

Outstanding representative of my go-to ice cream place. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the ice cream lived up to the brand's high standards (flavors change daily, as all ice cream is indeed made in house, and there are always a few seasonal specialties). Nice patio area out front to eat at, as well, including a lovely fenced-in sitting garden.
