The customer service was amazing but the cookies were not baked the right way. I always get the brownie batter cookies and the best part is the fudge in the middle, that makes the cookie super soft and moist. These cookies had NO fudge, were hard and VERY DRY. Zero out of ten don’t recommend. This is ridiculous, i was looking forward to my favorite cookie of all time (sad face).

I placed an online order because I didn’t want the Andes Mint brownie to sell out. I came in to pick it up, and the store was clean. There were two young ladies working behind the counter, and one greeted me and asked how she could help. I let her know I was there for a pickup order, she handed it to me, and I was on my way. The whole interaction took less than a minute. Quick, easy, and efficient.

These guys made the experience pleasant and professional. They did not get frustrated with my questions, they were quick to give recommendations and they were complete professionals in customer service.
