So I gave the food a 4 star the chili was fantastic as always. The garlic double was good. The burger was a little too crispy but still good. The person who took my order was quick and very cool. Unfortunately the younger guy who was at the window lacked window skills we had a 15 minute wait which I didn't know there was 5 people that had ordered a big carryout. So no communication just left us sitting in the car for 15min. And when he did hand us the bag he didn't apologize about the long wait and there was no napkins so I had to ask for some. Me, My wife & my father in law come this steak n shake all the time and they always provide not only excellent food but amazing service. A major part of that is due to the General Manager. He always notice him in a excellent mood, joking with the employees and very kind. My father in law really wanted one of the sugar cane Coke's but couldn't find it on the menu. He went over and explain to the manager what had happened and the manager apologized for the inconvenience, went to the back and found one of their last sugar cane cokes. 5 out of 5 Steak N Shake!

This store has really turned around! At first, I wasn't sure about the ordering kiosk, but they have a great system. The manager was on top of things, and the store was moving like clockwork. The food came out hot and quality! It was the steak and shake visit I needed. My whole family enjoyed their food, keep up the great work!

Was charged three times for my meal had to reorder online order when I got to store and do I just tell someone what I need and pay yet again... No I have to use a kiosk and do part of their job for them. I use to love this place and I'll just say never again you owe me 3.50 for labor and two meals
