I mean.. I know Baja blast is light green. Do the workers know a Baja blast is light green? also, if you’re just going to serve someone club soda…you could fill it up all the way?? It’s like 3/4 way full… but, unfortunately I’m not surprised because this location has never been 100% on a single order. I’ve kept quiet but, this is like next level. No care for customer service or the food what so ever.

visited at 11:55 on 6/3, order was correct on screen, waited for around 10 minutes at the window and employee had apologized for the wait. When home and opening the food, we had received a burrito not even ours, jalapeño sauce on the chicken quesadilla that I had asked for none on. The 2 pack of cinnabon delights were actually 2, 2 packs, and the worker had confirmed wether we wanted the strawberry or regular, I asked for regular and both packs we received are strawberry… Alongside all of this, we had ordered two sides of nacho cheese which we did not receive. Out of the way, but best reviews in my area. I had high hopes. Went through drive thru, had a long wait for my food. Then, I get home through traffic and find they shorted me the most expensive item that I ordered. Thanks for letting me down. Again.

If you use the app for this place, they will NOT make your order until you get there, waited 25 minutes for my order waiting for the tracker to allow me to know when it’s ready and to pick it up and I finally walked in only to find out they will not make your order until you get here. What is the point of ordering through the app for pick up?? After the 25 minute wait i had to then wait another ten minute for them to actually make it. Terrible. Nice staff but who literally cares when your food isn’t being made.
