Convenient location. I was doing laundry next door. Unfortunately my experience at this location was not good at all. Carmen was at the register. I ordered a #24 Large (loaded breakfast). Curly fries instead of hash browns. Carmen never repeated my order. She handed me a small coffee cup when I paid for a LG. Several people (4) were waiting for coffee and they only had one pot at a time. They ran out of coffee several times. When I got my order I was given a croissant sand (#22) instead of the loaded breakfast and a small curly fries instead of a LG. 3 mistakes on a simple order. By the time I

My fries are always cold. Next time I recommend if ya order at this location you should ask cook to order. It is a fast food restaurant t fresh food but apparently I rather wait and make it worth paying.

First off, the credit card machine apparently wasn't working so it was cash only. Who still carries cash nowadays? Luckily I found $5 in my car. Not enough for the chicken sandwich I intended to eat. So I went with a (normally) solid backup, the egg rolls... As you can see from the pictures, they were not only fried WAAAAYYYY too long, they were burnt to a crisp on one end.

Employee REFUSED to take our order. Told us we had to use the kiosk, which didn't work. Yet, she was more than willing to take orders of the Spanish speaking customers.
