I had a really great experience at this KFC location. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also ordered mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, and everything was delicious and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen staff cares about food quality here. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were friendly, patient, and made the ordering process easy. Had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. At the pay window they told me they no longer had original chicken so I would have to substitute for something else, I then had to remind them to give them my drink before pulling off. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong side and no biscuits for either meal.

The service was incredibly slow, and the employees were overly cheerful, singing songs, joking, and having fun as much as they could instead of working. The burger was really good, much better than Chick-fil-A.

On Monday I was happy to try the chicken livers since they are back on the menu didn't even mind waiting 5 minutes for them to cook fresh and hot . Imagine my disappointment when I get home and the whole large order was sour and rancid I made several attempts to contact management so no one else would receive spoiled food but no answer I don't even live near this location but it has always been my favorite everyone is always kind friendly and courteous I know this is not the usual for this location please just be aware
