The fish was incredibly fresh, and you can actually taste the quality in every bite. What I appreciated the most is that the rolls weren’t overloaded with rice—they were packed with fish, which made it feel like I was truly getting my money’s worth. You can tell the chef really cares about what they’re putting out. This is officially the only sushi spot I’ll be going to from now on. Highly recommend.
