If I could give this place zero stars I would. I pull up to the drive through speaker no one says anything for a little bit. I thought they were closed but it’s 5pm. That makes no sense. Finally someone comes on the speaker and says what? I said I’m here for 2 mobile orders. He whispered back to me I said what? He said come to the window. I get to the window and he’s just turned away from the window on his phone. My order isn’t ready he just throws some ice in a cup & made my drinks. All wrong. Not even the flavored syrups I asked for. I told my husband to check the bag to make sure it’s right

This dunkin is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re on top of things and service is wicked quick. Other times they’re pretty slow and disorganized. Inconsistent overall.

One of my best experiences at dunking doughnuts. The food was made perfectly as well as our drinks. It was all fast and the staff was super nice. The other 2 in East Irondequoit could take a lesson from this place.
