I come during brunch hours or at the wee hours of night (after 10pm), and I always have a good experience! The workers get my drinks fast in drive, and so far my food orders are always right when dining inside. (Tonight’s review:) I enjoyed the new Sangria drink, got it in black tea version today, the cookie butter latte was quite nice as well. I find the customer service is polite, and my drive-thru interaction was whimsical, which was great because it was so gloomy outside lol.

Ordered 2 coffees, one with hazelnut, and sweetners on the side, one bagel, one bagel breakfast sandwich. Drive thru worker could barely speak English and kept interrupting me as I ordered. What I got was 2 coffees, both with hazelnut, no sweetners, and no breakfast sandwich. Perhaps if I was allowed to order uninterrupted and the window person actually listened, it may have gone better. Now to the coffees- both were very weak, watered down, almost tasteless, aside from the slight hint of hazelnut. Wasted $10 on basically a bagel, coffees went in trash.

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this DD location today. I am Sooooo mad still!!! I stopped here on my way to the laundromat to wash my winter comforters and I simply ordered a sausage/ egg/ cheese croissant for myself, and a sausage/ cheese croissant for my hubby and a strawberry Sabrina daydream. I pay 14.98 for my order and go on my way. Low and behold one of the sandwiches has NO SAUSAGE!!! I finish washing my comforters and throw my sandwich back in the bag in my car and said I'll take it back on my way home. I get back to DD and the manager/ owner/ head honcho/ sandwich king or wh

This place is a hit or miss and when they miss, be ready to be confronted with attitude. I worked at dunkin for 4 years when i was still in college so I understand people make mistakes. But I don't understand how, if someone doesn't like how their coffee/food was made and their nice about it, how you can be rude to them and refuse to make another. I get the same coffee without fail, if somethings off I say so politely. If you don't like your job......quit? Or find one where you don't have to work with people. I'm just trying to wake up before work🤷🏾‍♀️ Also this isn't how it's always been.
