Typically good food and good service. Pineapple curry is my favorite. Approximately $20 per meal. Poor service tonight. Apparently their menu is in the middle of an update, you can’t order certain things. When it came time to pay the guy took the $50 bill and came back saying he couldn’t give change. Made us pay credit. Then we couldn’t have our loyalty card stamped. Very frustrating and odd visit.

Our take out during the snow storm was excellent!!! We got wonton soup which was excellent with the freshest veggies in it! A beautiful soup with bright orange julien carrots, bright green bok choy, 3 large wontons! We tried the thai dumplings, delicious and beautiful! 4 dumplings, with scallions lettuce to make it extra appetizing and visually gorgeous. Red curry with shrimp (5 shrimp cooked perfectly) regular spice was awesome, excellent flavors and beautiful fresh veggies within the dish. Absolutely bizarre experience at Thai Basil tonight. Placed a $150 pickup order through PayPal on Mother’s Day. The website said 15 minutes. I arrived and they had absolutely no record of my order. After waiting forever, the waiter literally brought me INTO THE KITCHEN to talk to the cooks myself, where they showed me the order screen and confirmed my order did not exist in their system. I was repeatedly told the manager would arrive “in 5 minutes.” He never came. After more than an hour of waiting with zero resolution, I gave up and ordered dinner from another restaurant so my family could

We had great customer service and our pick up order was ready right on time. However, the portions are wildly small for the amount you pay. Spent $57 for whole orders of yellow curry, chicken pad thai, and wonton soup. No complaints with the yellow curry. The chicken pad thai tasted like seafood and was a side portion. Paid $19 for that. The wonton soup was maybe a cup total with two wontons in it. Paid $19 for that. Totally disappointing “meal” for us.
