My wife and I went here before heading to the Lucy museum . First things first .. a warm entrance … greeted when entered … lots to choose from their arsenal on menu .. I had a sausage with egg on a pretzel bread .. never had a pretzel bread , my wife had blue berry pancakes and a coffee which she said the coffee was sooo delicious ( hot drinks first) . Our food came … I was in awe! I fell in love with this sandwich!! I had the honour to chat with Chris about this sandwich which he kindly explained … I had to try and duplicate for breakfast on my own … so today ( next day) I attempted .

Walk through the doors of Lisciandro's & get transported back in time. This is an old school diner that makes you feel like an extra in an episode "I Love Lucy!" Great atmosphere, fantastic people & the best damned diner food you will ever have! Want a bologna & cheese omelette? They will make one for you! Need some fluffy blueberry pancakes to start your day? They make the BEST! Spicy sausage patties grilled to perfection...Sausage & gravy? Anyone? Let me just start out by saying I am not being paid to make this review; this is my genuine opinion. The food was amazing, and everything was cooked to near perfection. I came at a time when they were slammed with people, and they still were nice and delivered the food way sooner than I expected with how many people there were. Only slight, and I mean slight, pushback is the cash only policy, but they provide an easy workaround with having an ATM inside for use. Also, very affordable. Such a fine place to break fast. Around corner from hotel, we ate there every morning! Toni... service personified. A great place to eat. At 10 am I saw meat loaf, so yeah I had meat loaf! Great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
