Tried to use a public restroom then order my food I mean I don't need my food in the bathroom w me yet was told I had to order before I could use a restroom who the hell makes this up. Literally have been to no other tim Hortons like it.

Be cautious with their manager. She uses the camera system to watch people, specifically me. Not only that but she has people banned from the property under false pretenses. After reaching out to the owner, I was ignored. I ended up having to file a police report for an order of protection. She shouldn't be in her position there. Edit- all other staff has been friendly and awesome for the two years I was going to this location.

Ordered doughnut's from here and one thing tim hortons needs to do is have a better display and area for their baked goods. The baked goods sit out absorbing all the air of the establishment and placed in the display case thats open in the back not staying fresh. During the summer bees and flies swarm and land on those baked goods and still get sold. Might as well go to the establishment and swallow the air it tastes just like the doughnuts i just ordered. Shoutout to this smaller Tim Hortons for doing what the Brooklyn Square flagship apparently cannot: fast service, friendly staff, and a basic understanding that customers exist. Orders are taken quickly, made correctly, and handed over by people who actually seem happy you’re there. A concept that feels revolutionary after visiting the Brooklyn Square location. It’s kind of impressive how this little spot runs circles around the shiny new “flagship.” No attitude, no endless waiting, no existential dread in the drive-thru line.
