It's White Castle so if you decide to dine here, keep that in mind. I'm not a hater, but this was special occasion for Valentine's and the chain did an amazing job embracing of the fact this isn't the typical place to go on Valentine's Day. This location did a rock star job of hosting!!! I highly recommend you make the reservation and enjoy the experience. We had a great time. I had the shrimp and it was good after I removed most of the thick breading. Fries were delicious. My friends all ordered sliders with fries or onion rings. We loved seeing families bring kids in all dressed up in Valent

Terrible service. They're slow, they don't care and heaven help you if you walk up to th counter for service. I have been to a LOT of White Castle locations and this is by far the worst. It's not clean, the food isn't up to par and the service is abysmal.

Sat in the drive through for 14:34 befor anyone took my order or anyone else's. The line was backed up 12 cars. I get to the windows and he ask me to pay for my food which I already had at the first window. Then he tried to give me the wrong order. Get together or go home people. I understand its fast food but good grief.

I Forget the place is there. When I go the quality of the food is Tasty. Cheese fries are good but sometimes not enough cheese. Coke products which I'm happy with. Clean inside. Drive thru seems slower than most. a few hours later food makes me sick. Update: food better. No issues. update: March 2025. Okay for once in a while. We had a coupon & opted to eat inside there. Dining room was dirty & looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Prices went up, just like everywhere else. Service is like I remember. You have to wait and then employee takes like four orders at a time. A/C was
