The roasting setup is a highlight. The guy running it was genuinely enthusiastic and took time to explain the process, which was a great touch. Unfortunately, the experience fell apart at the counter. The barista was visibly rude to the customer ahead of us, aggressive tone, short responses, and carried that same attitude into our interaction. It wasn’t a one-off moment; it was consistent enough to be concerning. The coffee side of this place has real potential. But if customer service doesn’t improve, it’s hard to recommend. Hope management takes notice.

We we're passing by and decided to visit this coffee shop, that was a good decision. The place itself was very nice and cute. I specifically lived the little live flowers in mini vases on almost each table. That was a very gentle and cute touch. British guy (he probably is the owner) served us. We had 1 iced latte, 1 earl gray loose tea, and an apple turnover (which didn't was without cinnamon, the way we like). Late and tea were very good. The apple turnover was very-very fresh, and swmi sweet (I believe it didn't even have sugar added, just a sweet apple or maybe very little sugar). It tast

Modcup coffee is a fantastic coffee spot. The staff are all super nice and knowledgeable about their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris who made an amazing oat milk latte with a dope heart on it. Its cozy and they have great coffee and pastries. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
