My mother and I have been enjoying Eggs Up since its first opened! It brings authentic city style diner that features personal touch by giving their employees the opportunity to share where home is for them. Today, my mother got her go to “The Classic” which comes with eggs, bacon, and home fries. While I got the “Goodness Gracious Omelette” with home fries. Our meal was a delight for a quick bite to eat before shopping because Eggs Up is conveniently next to The Johnson City Mall!
