I finally get to review this place after having come here since it opened. It took me THIS long. I have been telling everyone I know about this little-known all-you-can-eat sushi (plus select Chinese food) for as long as I can remember. No embellishment: I have just about given up on finding really good-quality sushi in this state, let alone an all-you-can-eat spot. But I was impressed. I visited Cayenne Sushi for the first time last week with a friend. It was incredibly busy as we arrived around the dinner rush. We were seated quickly though. It is a small restaurant and it was pretty full, due to that our first round of sushi took a while to come out, but the hot food came out quickly so we didn't mind the wait. This was my third trip to Cayenne, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Even with a party of five, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, getting our orders in quickly and the food to the table even faster. A little pro-tip: order a mix of soups, salads, and sashimi to start along with your rolls. Since some dishes prep faster than others, this keeps the food flowing perfectly so you’re never waiting long. The service was very bad and the food was disappointing. The chef was very rude, when we commented on one of the rolls as it was not described correctly from the paper. He did not give us a chance to speak and was very aggressive and disrespectful in the way he spoke to us. They are very skimpy with the fish quantity as well, I ordered a shrimp tempura roll and there was little to no shrimp in the batter.
