if you’re thinking of getting a wrap, don’t. lmfao what is this… it’s half a piece of chicken at the top and you get a whole tortilla with nothing else on it. we placed an online order with one whopper not including onion or tomato but both whoppers came with everything. we waited about 10min for our food which is fine but if you’re in a rush and want your food neatly prepared i suggest you hit up the mcdonald’s down the street. love BK, but will not be returning to this specific establishment. also the fries had no salt… 😾

If you get home and half your burger not in the wrapper do not try calling Cass local cuz no one will answer call! Then if you go on corporate website they want you to download app and give you $10. If the pics included are the Bacon King burgers we got so in place of giving some money back they want me to eat here again!???!!! The staff hand you 2/3 fill cups w soda dripping off and if you ask them to dry it before giving you get ignored! The drive thru menu numbers do not match so that was its own headache to place order. The place is very in bad condition , AC doesn’t work , the ice machine either. How is possible that in summer time AC is out of service ? The people who works here deserve respect and a better condition to do their job. Please take care of this ASAP

I ordered the triple bundle, which contains three chicken sandwiches, two fries and one onion ring through Grubhub. Was missing one chicken sandwich and one fry. This is not the first time they’ve messed up on my orders before. I’m not ordering from this place ever again
