The person taking my order was very rude. I also repeated my order a couple of times because she got it wrong, and then she got an attitude and was short with me. Another person gave me my order and it was still wrong. Food and drink were good, though.

I love dunkin, and as a new mom, its the only thing i look forward to lol! I ALWAYS ask for light ice but it feels like the employees add extra out of spite. I always try to be nice when ordering and i never like to complain to service workers but i am disappointed Everytime. If i have to pay extra i will but damn just give me the light ice :/

I’m a fan of Dunkin donuts. However this Dunkin management is crazy mean. Employees go along with their manager so I can’t say it’s all their employees. The problem is when they can’t get your order right, when they don’t understand a conversation this is a problem. Unfortunately this Dunkin is unkind and do not care about customers. They are right and if the customer doesn’t like it they can go to another.

I've neem going to this Dunkin Donuts 4 YEARS. It truly is my favorite. I've watch the crew grow up. It's so refreshing to pull up to the drive up spot...they know you, know what you want...and tell You to pull up... .They have such a lively crew...I love them all!
