I am really starting to hate this McDonald’s location. I ordered thru the McDonald’s app and got my food delivered. I ordered a Big Mac meal and I pay 49 cent extra to get Mac sauce all over it and where was the Mac sauce no where to be found. This is the 2nd time this has happened and they wanted me to give them feedback but their feedback website was down. What a shocker

Terrible service! Every time I order from this specific location they always forget MY SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE. I can’t eat my Mcchicken dry. In addition, they forgot my apple pie, my straw and my bbq sauce. Also the fries tasted like cardboard.

By far the worst location in Joliet. They have down at least one thing on my order every time I have gone there. Not to mention their delivery app completely sucks!!! I ordered for my friend and I at work, and they did not check what I ordered. Completely missed the one thing that was the reason I wanted McDonalds. When I called asking if they can accommodate my missing meal, the lady had a nasty attitude towards me. I don’t even understand how this location is still open with how much they mess up customers orders! I will be reaching out to corporate about this as well. I would not come to th
