Microwaved my entire meal. Literally a soggy mess. I threw it away. So thanks for the poor service. I appreciate my arteries not much, its fast food obviously. But this was literal garbage soggy slop. Here is a Pic to see how the veggies were microwaved. Hence the tomato falling apart like slime. It yeah the bun was a rock. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else. These ppl are clowning 🤡 wasn't even busy, just my vehicle and one other. Sad to see this was like 26 and some change for my old lady and I.

The food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. I used the drive thru so I can't really speak about the atmosphere. We usually eat here at least once every time we are in Joplin.

First and last visit. Good was deplorable, while the young lady who waited on was lovely, and the receipt reflected what I'd ordered, it was not what I received. SORRY, I don't like pickles--blek. So I was less than thrilled when my burger was covered in them, at least 10. Gross. The soda was weak and improperly mixed. Also, the shake had a really odd off taste. The only good item was the onion rings, but even they weren't good enough to lure me back.

If you’re lucky enough to have Gramz (Ms. Carolyn) take your order—it’ll be one of your best fast food experiences. She is attentive, extremely patient and will even offer up some great suggestions. I hope to see her the next time I’m in the city.
