I ordered on the mobile app and arrived and waited over 30 minutes for a small order. The KFC is one of the nicest with a clean and spacious parking lot and very nice dining room. The food was good but the service was lacking. After parking for 20 minutes I STILL had to go in for my sauce and napkins. Overall it was okay but the service and speed could be better.

First time going to this KFC Food looked like was cooked some hours before we did our purchase. Potato Wedges looked old and dried, biscuits were crumbling. Service was great but food looked old as if food has been sitting for some time in their respective trays. Place wasn't even busy it was around 1140ish and I believe that any food that goes bad quick like fries or potatoes to be cooked by order they take no more then 5 minutes to get fully cooked. Employees should be trained on how much they can cook according to how busy they are and to have timers. Otherwise costumers get bad quality foo

Almost 17 years since I last had KFC, I see it's still not good, at least to me. Flavor is bland and skin had weird aftertaste. At least the chicken was juicy, but that had almost no flavor as well. The fries were... crunchy. Also fairly bland, definitely not memorial. The biscuit? So small (like the chicken though tbh; smallest wing I've ever seen and the breasts were medium at best), and tasted and looked like the canned Pillsbury biscuits.

Cashier in drive-thru lied and said it was an up charge for me to change my two piece to 2 legs instead of a thigh and leg. He said it was a 50 cent upcharge, but on the receipt he charged for a ranch because there is no such thing unless I changed to white meat then there would’ve been a upcharge. Chicken was very salty, fries hard and can tell been sitting for awhile.
