waited at the pickup area for almost ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from the 5 people working, two of whom were frequently just stopping to watch other people work. i eventually had to ask the worker in front of me that had been ignoring us for five minutes if i could just grab my food since i saw the correct name on the receipt— which had been ready and sitting there since we walked in

This is the worst 5 guys I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it is the only one near where I live. I keep going only because I love 5 guys... Nothing is hot here, the cheese and bun is cold. Not what I expect from 5 guys. So sad...

Their burgers are delicious but for an OUTRAGEOUS $13 they had better be. Same with $7 fries and shake... it shouldn't cost $32 for this, even on the island. Also google maps has their pin wrong (I filed an update so maybe gets fixed soon)
