This place is one of our favorites on our frequent drives to the Rockies from the Midwest. Located in a strip mall, Good Evans has a terrific overall vibe and excellent food choices. I love that they post their nutritional info on their website, which is ideal when traveling. LOVED my Salmon bowl, and my partner loved her French Toast. Wish they sold T-shirts.

Saw the good reviews and thought we'd give it a try. When we walked in there were probably 7 tables occupied and apparently one woman who was seating, taking orders, and serving. She was running like crazy to keep up, and people kept coming in. It was about 3/4 of the way through our meal that I realized there was another server. She just was ignoring everyone but her two tables. I only saw her because she seated a third table. The server who was doing most of the work, a blonde woman with green eye shadow, was doing everything she could to keep customers happy. She didn't say anything about t
