Went through the drive through and got a plate with rice, we got home and the rice was burnt, so I called them to see if we could get some new rice, they said yes and the guy at the window said it was gonna be fresh, but as soon as we opened the box of rice it was burnt as well! The drive through guy was amazing tho, super friendly and tried his best to make it better.

I specifically asked if the Sesame seed honey chicken was spicy, was told no, when I got home to eat, found it it is spicy. Not very happy with it. Pretty good portion for $9 a plate

Just sent my wife here after a long day and not feeling like cooking dinner for the family. It’s usually mid, but it’s been terrible the last two times. Grilled chicken was rubbery from not being cooked long enough (it was done, but rubbery fat and skin, literally needs to be popped into an air fryer to be palatable), my Beijing beef was stiff as a board, tough, lacked texture, was off color from normal beet-red sauce, the noodles were room temp. Our package sticker literally says 5 Teriyaki sauces (1 for each of our grilled chicken orders) and we got none. It says 3 fortune cookies…we got non

You have to0 do something with your food.... I try in las vegas ,California, utah, Colorado but here... is bad .. all the time is bad.. you goin to loses customers 😒 is old and hard like plastic, trash food..
