This is the first time ordering pizza hut in at least 5 years, I will not be back if this is normal for pizza slices to have no cheese on it. Unacceptable especially after a 4.50 tip on a 12 dollar order.

I was charged $18 for a large pepperoni pizza, which was much higher than what I have paid at other locations. I questioned the amount immediately after my card was charged and before the order was even finished, and I asked if the charge could either be corrected or the order canceled. Instead of trying to resolve it, staff told me it was my responsibility to notice the pricing beforehand and refused to make any adjustment at the time. The issue was not just the price itself, but how dismissive the situation was handled when I tried to address it respectfully.

I am, I mens was a LOYAL pizza hut customer and I order often, I juat got my delivery and it's absolutely horrific, pizza dough is almost complelty raw and inedible, the fried are clearly old, talking hours old at lest and inedible, the chicken is hard as a rock and disgusting. I dont expect much from pizza hut but its usually cooked at lest. This is the last straw for me, I just tosded 37 bucks in the toilet and now I have to go get something else for dinner and spend even more money. Eat a big bag pizza hut, never again.

I was supposed to simply pick up an order. I arrived on time but was asked to wait another five minutes; in the end, I waited half an hour. I tried asking about the order, but the woman kept saying, "Wait, I'll be with you in a moment," and I only received it when I spoke to another employee who happened to be walking by. I am disappointed that I wasted so much time and disappointed by the way I was treated.
