Overall, it was just okay. The chicken tasted like frozen bagged chicken, which was "fried," and then reheated. With a light dusting of sauce. The garlic fries and BBQ beans were better than the chicken. It's what saved the meal. Which is not what you would hope for going to a restaurant that specializes in chicken. Price was a bit high, and the service was good. The cashier was friendly and apologetic for the wait time. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back, but it wasn't terrible.

Chicken wings are large. The staff is friendly. I think it's ridiculous to charge regular drink prices for tap water. The staff said it was a cup charge. $2.99 for tap water. I don't think a cup cost two $2.99 a piece, in bulk. Everything is tasty and worth the trip, but if you don't drink soda bring your own water.

This place was delicious, if you like food in the more savory side this is your place. I had their fries with the chicken and buffalo sauce. The combination of their crunchy potatoes with the sauce, very delicious. I took a bite of their burger, very homie. Will need to come back and try their other combinations. Staff was kind and patient. Thank you.

The chicken shack has the best wings in Oregon hands down. Anytime I am remotely close to Salem Kaiser, I always visit here to eat. Besides the wings being amazing, their garlic fries are incredible. The people who work here are all incredibly kind and patient and very attentive. The eating area is always clean and the atmosphere is very inviting.
